My first major purchase at 21 years of age, just after being posted to my first RAF base in London, with my newly acquired 'Solo' credit card? Yep.......A PlayStation one.
I can testify to the after bar sessions til stupid o' clock the following morning.
You know one time as my first psone had gotten older and over used , the discs weren't reading and I ended up chucking it on the floor. I ended up going to town the next morning and buying myself another one like it was a Pont of beer. ! What it was to be a professional, young and single.
